By accessing and using the Smartworld Wellness 67 website and mobile applications ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

In no event shall Smartworld Developers or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Platform, even if Smartworld Developers or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the state of Haryana, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
